From Chemical Milling to Precision Metal Forming: Part A
Trends indicate that thinner, iner, more complexity and
higher integration are becoming the norm. Classical chemical
milling is a subtractive process which typically has
structures down to 50 ìm (2 Mil). Precision metal forming
is typically a combination of additive and subtractive processes
with structures often under 50 ìm (2 Mil).
