A machine vision system integrator views the
world differently than a component manufacturer.
The manufacturer tries to make your problem fit his
solution. An integrator must make his solution fit
your problem. In those cases where the manufacturer
is right, you do not need an integrator, instead, make
the manufacturers assist you in using their products.
For those all too frequent cases where off- the-shelf
solutions aren’t adequate, then by definition a custom
system is needed. Unless you are already well
experienced in machine vision design. it is time to call
in the system integrator.
