Heat Generation and Cooling in Photo Chemical Etching and Related Processes
Proper temperature control has always been
important for maintaining the best quality control of
etched parts. To accomplish this, heating systems are
used to raise the processing temperature to a point that
is high enough to provide an acceptable operating rate.
Once the processing is started, the process temperature
may continue to rise, even though the heating system
is no longer in operation. To keep the process at the
desired temperature, some type of cooling system is
needed.
