Process Effects Committee Report
Fall 1985
Carl Whinery, Northwest Chemical Milling, Inc.
For those from the United Kingdom and others who did not
participate in the Round Robin Testing Program, Phase One and
Two, I would like to review and bring you up to date. In 1981, the
PCMI decided that a standard test pattern would be helpful.
1) The pattern consisted of a one inch diameter, circular
tapers, step and repeated on 1.25 inch centers over a 10
inch square area.
For our test procedure, several sheets of material were
exposed and developed utilizing the test pattern. The pattern
was etched with attention placed on the orientation of the sheets
of material.
