
Jim Everson joined PMA Industries in 2020 and brings 25+ years of financial and operational leadership from Fortune 250 and middle-market companies. As President & CEO, Jim is responsible for operational leadership and leading the charge of the Company’s growth strategy for the benefit of PMA’s customers, employees, and investors.
Jim is passionate about ensuring the Company’s commitment to Quality, Integrity, and products Made in the USA. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young.
Ken Marino has more than 40 years of experience in the photochemical milling, electroplating and manufacturing industries. In 1983 he began working at Orbel in sales, rising through the ranks to assume the role of President in 1999.
Ken has been a very active member of his community, serving as President of the local Kiwanis Club, President of the Master Association of Metal Finishers, a board member of the Photo Chemical Milling Institute, and a board member at St. Joseph’s College of Maine, his alma mater.
Claudia Schemann is the Managing Director of Metaq GmbH, a company founded in 1969. She has been with Metaq since 1993 and in her current position since 2014. During her tenure at Metaq, Claudia served in many capacities starting as a technical draftswoman and etching technology expert to management positions in sales and marketing.
Claudia is an organizational talent with stamina and flexibility. Thanks to these strengths, she manages to be a reliable and personal contact for her team and business partners. She leads the company in a value-oriented manner and has developed Metaq into a modern and future-oriented company.
Claudia has been an active PCMI member for many years, serving recently on the Germany Conference Committee. Claudia is also a member of the Association of Medium-Sized Industries.
