2025 Spring Technical Conference Registration (Non-Member Speakers)
PCMI Conference speakers are welcome to attend the full day of technical sessions on the day of their presentation. No conference fee will be assessed, and a complimentary lunch will be provided.
Conference speakers who plan to attend a second conference presentation day are asked to pay $100.
PCMI requests that all presenters cover the cost of their hotel stay, group dinners, tours, and other meals and travel costs.
The Hotel Leon d’Oro requires PCMI to submit a rooming list rather than allowing for individual reservations. Therefore, you must make and pay for your hotel reservation while registering for the PCMI 2025 Spring Conference. Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis until Monday, April 14, 2025, or until the block has sold out. There will be a limited number of rooms available after April 14.
*The room will have a queen size bed or room with double beds, according and depending on the hotel’s availability and occupancy. Rooms include air conditioning, Freeview and Sky TV, minibar, direct-dial telephone, digital safe, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bathroom amenities complete with slippers and soft towels.
