2025 Spring Technical Conference Registration (Members + First Timers)
For PCMI members, the early bird conference fee is $600 (through April 14) and the regular rate is $675 (after April 14) per person. If you register three or more attendees at the same time, you will receive a $300 conference fee discount on each additional registration. (For example, if you purchase three registrations, you will receive a discount of $300. (If you register four attendees, you will receive a discount of $600.)
The Hotel Leon d’Oro requires PCMI to submit a rooming list rather than allowing for individual reservations. Therefore, you must make and pay for your hotel reservation while registering for the PCMI 2025 Spring Conference. Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis until Monday, April 14, 2025, or until the block has sold out. There will be a limited number of rooms available after April 14.
*The room will have a queen size bed or room with double beds, according and depending on the hotel’s availability and occupancy. Rooms include air conditioning, Freeview and Sky TV, minibar, direct-dial telephone, digital safe, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bathroom amenities complete with slippers and soft towels.
