Advanced Chemical Process Control Chemical Sensors and Automatic Analysis: Part One
I don t have to tell anybody that times are tough!
In addition, when they re tough like this, you
don t like to waste the money you have earned-it
came dearly! That s when process yields
come to mind, since any loss goes to the bottom
line. What are some ofthe tools to help improve
process yields? Process control comes to mind.
In general, chemical processes have always been
difficult to control in printed circuits, chemical
machining, electrofonning and electroplating.
Uncontrolled factors can always creep into the
process.
