Background
As more industries move toward “green”
products and environmentally friendly processes, it is
important for the photochemical machining industry
to examine it’s processes.
Providing an environmentally safe resist is part of a
product stewardship or product safety management
program under Dupont’s committment to the
Responsi ble Care program 0 f the Chem ical
Manufacturer’s Association. The program’s goal is to
assist manufacturers in the development of chemicals
and articles safe for use and disposal, making health
and, safety and environment a priority in product
development.
