Abstract: Trends indicate that thinner, finer, more complexity and higher integration are becoming the norm. Classical chemical milling is a subtracttive process which typically has structures down to 50µm (2 Mil). Precision metal forming is typically a combination of addictive and subtractive processes with structures often under 50µm (2 Mil).
