Photo Electroforming

In the past, several speakers at the PCMI Conferences have talked about the fact that photochemical milling (PCM) is still rather unknown in the world of mechanical and design engineers. However, photo electroforming (PEF) is even more unknown. This article discusses the photo electroforming process, highlighting the accuracy of the process, as it has tolerances up to ten times better than chemical milling. It is very cost-effective, in small quantities, as well as in large series.
