2026 Spring Technical Conference Registration (Non-Member Speakers)

PCMI Conference speakers are welcome to attend the full day of technical sessions on the day of their presentation. No conference fee will be assessed, and a complimentary lunch will be provided.

Conference speakers who plan to attend a second conference presentation day are asked to pay $100.

PCMI requests that all speakers cover the cost of their hotel stay, group dinners, tours, and other meals and travel costs.

Your conference fees will be calculated below.

Do you need a Hotel Room? 
Will you be staying at the Pullman Paris la Défense in Paris?
The Pullman requires PCMI to submit a rooming list rather than allowing for individual reservations. Therefore, you must make and pay for your hotel reservation through this form. Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis until the block has sold out.
