A SWOT Analysis of Photochemical Machining (PCM) and Photoelectroforming (PEF)

Management of business activities is complex, but fundamental to success. One business tool that can help organizations to focus on its aims and objectives is an analysis of its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). The PCMI wishes to grow in strength to help its members and their businesses. Thus it was determined that a SWOT analysis of PCM and PEF, as perceived by the PCMI members, would be of immense benefit in helping the PCMI Board of Directors to develop beneficial short-term and long-term strategies.
