Reservation Information (please read) 

The Pullman requires PCMI to submit a rooming list rather than allowing for individual reservations. Therefore, you must make and pay for your hotel reservation while registering for the PCMI 2026 Spring Conference. Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis until the block has sold out.

Rooms are available for the evening of May 1st through the evening of May 6th. There are limited rooms available for the evening of May 1st and May 6th.

We do not issue documentation for business visa applications. Conference Dress Code

The dress code for the PCMI Technical Conference is business casual or professional attire. This includes slacks or khakis, collared shirts or blouses, skirts or dresses, and closed-toe shoes. Jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers are not suitable for the technical sessions. However, sneakers or comfortable closed-toe shoes are recommended for the facility tour and walking tour and winery tour.

Please ensure your chosen footwear is broken in several days before the conference begins, as there will be a significant amount of walking during the conference.

Additionally, refrain from wearing strong fragrances, as some attendees may have allergies or sensitivities.
