The Stencil

WHAT ARE SURFACE MOUNT TECHNOLOGY (SMT) STENCILS?

SMT is a way of applying solder paste to a PCB so that when electrical components are mounted in their correct positions, their circuits are
complete after the solder has been reflowed. Typically the stencils are mounted on frames and inserted onto printing machines. The leading SMT Print Machine Manufacturers world-wide are MPM, DEK, Fuji and Panasonic.
